Welcome to Sati Inspiration. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and purchasing a saree, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our products or designs without express written permission from us.

2. Product Accuracy and Representation

  • Handloom & Crafts: Many of our sarees are handcrafted. Minor irregularities in weaving, color, or print are not defects but hallmarks of authentic handloom products.

  • Color Disclaimer: We strive to display the colors of our sarees as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital screens and studio lighting, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on your device.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

  • Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments must be cleared before the dispatch of the saree.

  • Taxes: All prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery Timelines: While we partner with reliable courier services, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Shipping Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Return and Refund Policy

As per our specific operational guidelines:

  • Transit Damage: Returns are accepted only if the package is damaged in transit. A mandatory, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package and the subsequent discovery of damage is required to process a claim.

  • Lost Packages: Refunds are issued only if the package is officially declared lost by our courier partner.

  • Strict No-Return Policy: We do not accept returns for change of mind, perceived color variations, or sizing/draping preferences.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, saree designs, custom graphical assets, logos, and images, is the property of Sati Inspiration and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sati Inspiration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction held in Gwalior.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
